Pacdora strives to build the best packaging design tools for enterprises and designers. Our business model relies on the income from subscriptions to support the endeavor.

We invest most of our income towards product development to build a sustainable business and support the packaging design community. Our goal is to become a reliable partner in the packaging industry with a long-term impact.

The cost of building such a company is nontrivial, including fees for cloud storage, network bandwidth, salary for our engineers and staff, etc. We will not be able to offer all the tools for free if we’d like to continuously provide excellent services.

Thus, we carefully priced our service with the hope to build far more value than what we asked for.

Pacdora is more than a mockup tool. It is built to be a full solution for packaging design and production. It is priced at a fraction of the cost of traditional software, so small businesses and even regular consumers can afford it.

Our team includes developers, designers, operations staff, and packaging industry experts.

The subscription fees help us to pay the team and improve our services. However, if you work in the education system or are a student, we have a special discount for you. If you are an enterprise user, please send an email to support@pacdora.com, and we will offer a bigger discount for multiple seats.

We currently accept credit or debit card payments (handled by Stripe). We also support payment methods through PayPal and PayerMax.

If you wish to use other payment methods, you can also contact us and our customer service staff will assist you with the payment process.

After your subscription is successful, we will automatically send an email with an invoice to your registered email address. If you have not received this email, you can contact our customer service email at support@pacdora.com.

If you have a promo code, you can click the "Have a promotion code?" button on the payment page and enter the promo code to get a discount.

For users who make a one-time purchase, we do not provide a refund service.

For subscription users, if you export files less than 3 times after payment, you can apply for a refund by email. However, if you have exported content multiple times after payment, you cannot apply for a refund.

Of course, this is not absolute, and you can still email us to explain the specific situation.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to "Workbench" > "Account" > "Subscription", then click the "Manage subscription" button and follow the prompts to cancel.

After canceling your subscription, you can still use Pacdora's premium services for the remaining period of your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on January 1st and canceled on January 5th, you can still use the premium services until February 1st.

Pacdora uses Stripe, Paypal and PayerMax payment solution. All of your payment information will be encrypted and processed by these platforms, and we cannot directly access it.

Credits are the currency of Pacdora. With credits, you can access AI tools like the AI background generator. As a Pacdora subscriber, you receive monthly credits as part of your subscription. These credits are automatically added to your account each month.

If you're on a yearly plan, you'll still receive these credits monthly. Just make sure to use them before they reset at the start of each billing cycle!
