CloudBox remains the only owner of all rights, titles, and interests in the website. And reserves all rights not granted under these Terms of Use. CloudBox can modify, replace, change or remove any part of this website with notice.

Any unauthorized use of CloudBox content violates such laws and these Terms of Use. If you do not have a license agreement with CloudBox, you can not download, publish, view, and copy any content from https://www.pacdora.com/ Unless otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use Previews, Products, or the Materials. Except for viewing your internet browser, you can not download any previews, products, images, or materials unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by CloudBox.

You can not download and edit any preview images, thumbnails, cover, etc. You can not use preview images or presentation-purposed cover images to; modify, archive, distribute, upload, publish, translate, broadcast, perform, display, license, share, sell, resell. If you want to create content for news, advertising, blogs, promotion, please contact CloudBox. This prohibition applies even if you intend to give away the derivative materials free of charge.

These Terms of Use, the term, "Trademark(s)" means all common law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or other indications of origin now or in the future used by CloudBox.

Pacdora is a design website and software, and you can create any kind of designs for personal or commercial purposes based on the license you have. But you can not use Pacdora to generate, create or design contents in a way that;

• may violate the rights of any other companies or people
• may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property
• may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal
• may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort
• contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, hostile, violent, or that which provokes violence or hostility, profane, or otherwise objectionable
• contains any information which discriminates against others based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin
• contains any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party’s trade secrets)

CloudBox reserves the right to reject, remove, delete any user profile and content that against our Terms of Use and violates these provisions. If you are using Pacdora, you signify that you agreed, understood and accepted these rules.

CloudBox can collect information related to your use of https://www.pacdora.com/. Also, third-party platforms which we are using inside our site can collect information related to your use of the site. CloudBox can ask for your email address, name and surname, location, IP address, profile picture, and other personal information with your permission, but CloudBox never sells your information to any other person or company. CloudBox is a cloud-based application which means your designs, uploaded contents automatically saved to our servers. We can preview, remove, delete, edit your design, we can preview your uploaded contents for only performance and improvement purposes. CloudBox can view and edit your content if you are asking for support about a specific problem with your design.

For any image, footage, text, or any other content that you upload or post to the CloudBox (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that: you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content to the Site and grant the licenses set forth herein; CloudBox will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay royalties to any third party with respect to Your Content; Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and Your Content complies with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

CloudBox will never use, share, sell, re-sell or redistribute your files, assets or projects with anyone, under any circumstances without asking for your permission first.

You may not upload, post, or transmit any video, image, text, audio recording, or other content that:

• Infringes any third party's copyrights or other intellectual property rights or any right of publicity or privacy;
• Contains any pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or immoral content.
• Exploits minors;
• Depicts unlawful or violent acts;
• Depicts animal cruelty or violence towards animals;
• Promotes fraudulent schemes or gives rise to a claim of deceptive advertising or unfair competition; or
• Violates any law, statute, or regulation.

You agree that you shall not:

• Engage in any conduct that shall constitute a violation of any law or that infringes the rights of CloudBox or any third party.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations related to the access to or use of the Site, or engage in any activity prohibited by these Terms of Use.
• Violate the rights of CloudBox or any third party (including rights of privacy and publicity) or abuse, defame, harass, stalk or threaten another.

CloudBox may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site and/or CloudBox content at any time in CloudBox’s discretion, without prior notice or liability to you.
